My project expertise can be categorized into two groups - growth and sustainability related initiatives. I can, and have, driven these projects with small (sometimes just one other team member) and large teams, always cross-functional, and engaging with various levels of leadership. I understand the nuances between scoping short-term, single objective projects and more complex, milestone driven efforts. Together we can turn your strategic goals into a roadmap. I will scope out the tactical objectives and identify the resources needed to achieve our “definition of done”.

Project Driver

Every successful project needs a quarterback. I will identify project stakeholders, ensure they’re aligned on objectives, the scope is respected, third-party partners are engaged, and deliverables are getting shipped on time. With agile and waterfall experience, I can manage any project while you and your team focus on your day-to-day.

I’ve been in leadership roles directly supporting executive teams and boards. Information is valuable and I will be a key partner to project stakeholders and executives. I’m skilled at identifying blockers, facilitating decision points, and developing detailed and concise comms to keep us on the same page.
