Sometimes we don’t know what we’re looking for - solve problems or explore new opportunities. As a management consultant, business analyst, and product strategist, I’ve loved learning about different business processes. Dissecting them to identify risks and opportunities. Allow me the opportunity to work with you, where I will leverage my experience to zero in on a topic through workshops and process walkthroughs. From there, I gather information on your current state to perform research and discovery, assess available data, and provide you with a recommendation to move your goals forward. Fractional
Throughout my start-up experience, I was an extension of the executive leadership team, having the benefit to be a part of the routine, strategic, and operational discussions. My role was to be their “eyes and ears” on key cross-functional projects serving as a Chief Of Staff. I will support you and your leadership team by optimizing project execution, driving communications, and highlighting my observations in a fractional executive capacity. This role can be designed in a model that makes sense for you.
